The plate has 2 owners needs to be renewed or replaced but we can't cause one of the owners has a d6 stop ( drivers license suspension).

Whoever has the D6 stop needs to pay whatever outstanding fees they have and also pay to get their license reinstated then we can transfer and renew.
Customer can pay to get a new plate issued to the vehicle but it will only be valid until it expires if the customer still has a drivers license suspension.

A Customer lost their plate and needs to be replaced.
Form 83146 needs to be completed and signed by the customer to be able to replace that plate and use any credit available.
Dealer states that customer has a plate credit but plate is not available.

The Dealer needs to void out the temporary transfer in their system to unlock the plate and make it eligible for transfer.
Some one from the dealership is signing as both buyer and seller using a power of attorney ( form 82053) when disclosing mileage on a sale.
