• Dealer states that customer has a plate credit but plate is not available.

  The Customer needs to provide the plate that will need to be replaced to use that plate credit. If customer does not know the plate they will need to go to a tax collector and ask for a print out of available plates in their name to the dealership.

• A Customer lost their plate and needs to be replaced.

   Form 83146 needs to be completed and signed by the customer to be able to replace that plate and use any credit available.

• The plate has 2 owners needs to be renewed or replaced but we can't cause one of the owners has a d6 stop ( drivers license suspension).
