• Some one from the dealership is signing as both buyer and seller using a power of attorney ( form 82053) when disclosing mileage on a sale.

  If the buyer was a fl dealer dealer and there are open reassignments on the back of title or another reassignment form the florida dealer must stay on until all reassignments have been used then jump to a fl reassignment if needed.

• A Customer lost their plate and needs to be replaced.

   Form 83146 needs to be completed and signed by the customer to be able to replace that plate and use any credit available.

• Plate is stuck on a dealer temporary transfer to a different vin number.

  The Dealer needs to void out the temporary transfer in their system to unlock the plate and make it eligible for transfer. ​

• Dealer states that customer has a plate credit but plate is not available.

  The Customer needs to provide the plate that will need to be replaced to use that plate credit. If customer does not know the plate they will need to go to a tax collector and ask for a print out of available plates in their name to the dealership.
